Richard and Connie are knowledgeable and understanding about my problems and solutions. Cruz took care of a prickly problem. All are professional.

Service was great. I know you are short staffed but everyone did their best to give great service. The person at the desk, Connie Herrera was all alone and she took in 30 cars by noon and she was super efficient and pleasant.

Everything was good. I didn’t have to wait very long as I scheduled an oil change. But, they did forget to reset my oil counter and put a new sticker in the window. Also, forgot to take out the plastic off the seat, which I sincerely appreciate you using. And the number out of the window. But other than that, I am extremely satisfied with the service.

Connie is a great service technician. Friendly service, done right in expected timeframe.
