We had a great experience at Larry H. Miller Southwest Hyundai in Albuquerque. While driving in Texas on our way from NY to California, my (leased) 2023 Hyundai Tucson was due for its first maintenance. I looked up Hyundai dealers on our way and found Larry H. Miller Southwest Hyundai in Albuquerque. I called the Service Department and was able to get an appointment that day! the young lady I spoke to was so friendly and super helpful. Everyone there, especially Sean were great and made us feel welcome and at home so many miles away.

The entire experience was seamless. The work was completed in a timely manner and the young lady in charge of my check-in and check-out was personable and efficient.

He was very well informed and had all of the answers! I now get why everybody goes to LHM southwest Hyundai and asks for J.T. This was the easiest and shortest experience buying a beautiful new car!

Oil residue left on the center armrest and not sure if the right weight of oil was used. Service paperwork states 0w-20 was used while 0w-30 is specified by the manual and on the oil fill cap.

It was a pleasant experience. The wait time was told to me at the start and it was done as told. Only problem was, no popcorn...

Efficient, everyone nice, helpful. My husband was supposed to take care of it, but he was sick and I was a bit intimidated, but they made it all very easy. Thank you
