Going into this appointment, I would have given one star. We had a reoccurring problem, and after diagnostics did not reveal the issue, and wiped the error message, we were told to just come back when the error message came back. Since this error had to do with the shifter and forced my car in park, I wasn’t happy with the response, but followed directions. When we did return to Hyundai with the same message, the mechanic did not see any record of our last visit and the error message, so he had to start the process from the beginning. This mechanic was very thorough and communicated with us about the issue and the fix. Communication about our car has not been great in the past so we were very happy about this. He did a great job, and we have not had a reoccurrence of the error message. The mechanic, Chazz, has been awesome and we plan to request him from here on out.
