The young lady at the check in counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. she explained the additional services that I needed and how much they would cost. Very pleased with the service although it did take four hours.

Matt Walker did an outstanding job showing us all the features on our new Hyundai. He also helped us set up some of the features after the purchase. Mark, the finance person also made us feel at home with no pressure to buy additional coverages.
