I had an awesome experience with buying my new Hyundai Tucson at Larry H. Miller! They are great people to work with and I feel like a part of the family. Debbie Curtis bent over backwards to get me the exact car I wanted and make a deal. Mike the manager was right on the money with a perfect deal that I could afford. He met all my expectations! I didn’t get the recall Part fixed I had an appointment for. I always counted on Shawn, but he was gone and the person I talked to, never even ordered the part. This is not how things ran in the service department before. It wasn’t a complete waste of time. I got a oil change and service.

Shawn Osborn is back! He's the best. He truly knows the service department and how to schedule the appointments so work is done efficiently and promptly. He has always been so kind and has gone out of his way to make me feel like I am a valued client. It just wasn't the same when he wasn't there.
