Too mch delay. Very poor entry. You need handicap access. Signage is poor. I worked with finance manager.professional, caring.2 sales people at least 4 buyers there at same time. The 3, I worked with were awesome used car mgr. change price from online. Need moreinteraction. Sales men are great, but restricted by your process. I love my new Santa Cruz
