It was good, the staff were courteous, pleasant and helpful. I just hope the service will be faster. It is a bit faster today, it took about 3 hours. The first time, I arrived at 8 am and the car was done after lunch. Maybe between 1-2 pm. The waiting time is too long.

Changed out my 4 tires although I didn’t have an appointment— gave me a ride home and back too. It took 4 or 5 hours, but it’s done. Connie is very good and pleasant. You need to open up a place near downtown! The Big Eye!! or somewhere. Your facility seems quite small for being as busy as you are at the Lomas location. We recently moved from Corrales and used the Coors location, which had a spacious feel. Thanks for the good service.
