I came to the express lane for an oil change on 11/28 and the person told me they would have to order parts (oil filter) and it would take at least an hour and 15 minutes. I drove from Star just for an oil change after calling and being told about express lane. I told him I could not wait that long and scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. He told me to call parts department on Thursday to make sure my parts were in. I called and Parts Department told me they always stock the filter for my truck. I drove from Star again and when I arrived Logan told me it would be an hour and a half or longer. I explained what had happened and he put me to the front of the line. I really appreciate Logan taking care of a bad first experience with Larry H Miller Subaru Service Department. I bought my vehicle from you and had a good experience. I hope Service Department experience is a little better in the future. But cudos to Logan for doing what he could do.
