I had gotten a text message from what we now determined was probably corporate and it was for a recall but the appointment I made was never actually put on the books and the recall didn't actually need to get done. I needed an oil change so they got that done. So corporate needs to get their act together but the location, Larry h Miller, gave me good care.

When we decided to purchase a different car I did a ton of research. We went into Larry Miller and started dealing with Lance Hull. He was great. Not pushy and very helpful and informative. We ended up purchasing a Subaru Forester and we love it. Lance dealt with my numerous phone calls and questions. He even came to my home to set the garage door opener because I couldn't couldn't get it to sync with the car. Now that's SERVICE!!

The new automated message system was less intuitive than it should be (needed to click buttons 2 times to move to next screen)…had to ask for assistance. Also I prefer talking to a service rep about items that need unexpected attention…I want an explanation rather than just pics.
