Everything was very smooth

Very professional, I was informed about all needs concerning my vehicle. My wait was short and the center was clean and relaxing. The technician who assisted me was courteous and kept me informed .

I had a longer than usual wait to get my car serviced but was apprised of the wait time when I checked in. I did not have an appointment so I knew I just picked an exceptionally busy day. Not your fault. My only complaint was that the waiting room was quite chilly. Should have worn a sweater. Next time I will. Everyone was cordial and my car taken good care of.
