Met immediately. Work done quickly. Additionally suggested work handled quickly. Checkout easy. However had expected car to be ran thru the washer. Was disappointed when I got home and found it still dirty. Also still disappointed that the new sales benefit of a weekly wash never returned after covid.

Great experience. Promptly met by Ellie in the service drive, no waiting. Entered my request in the system and told me she would let me know when my car was ready. Twenty minutes later it was ready. Awesome. Only request I have is that maybe it’s time for new chairs in the waiting area. The seats are very worn.

I've always been happy with LMS service dept. They diagnosed the issue and looked up my account and found I have an extended warranty. The part that failed was covered under warranty so I was grateful. I read so many horror stories about dealers but I have had great dealings with yours.
