KJ was a humongous help. There was a disconnect between who scheduled me and the mechanics. I was told the appointment would only take an hour because they were just going to diagnose the issues and then schedule me back for repairs, but the mechanics had me down for diagnose and repair. We weren't prepared to leave my car all day but KJ took amazing care of us and found us a loaner car for the day. He was also amazing at communicating to me what was going on and what they were fixing/doing. I'm not going to lie, I always dread taking my car to Larry Miller Subaru because I've had nothing but bad experiences and people trying to rip me off. So it was a MASSIVE relief to finally deal with someone who knows what theyre doing and will help find the most affordable way to fix things. I will only be dealing with KJ from now on. Thank you for your exceptional customer service and care!

My car has 160000 miles so is starting to have “wearing out” issues. Today’s problem: the brackets that hold the exhaust system needed replacing. In three hours, they diagnosed the mysterious rattle noise and replaced the brackets for a very reasonable price. Thank you.
