Smooth experience. Went by quickly and was an enjoyable experience for buying a car. Didn't feel like my time was being wasted. Felt like a valued customer from the start, even though buying a car was not explicitly the plan.

William was great! He kept me informed of my cars progress. The main reason for my visit was taken care of. My infotainment center was updated because I was having a connection problem with my phone. Unfortunately, something happened again and my phone is not connecting again
