My first time here. I mistakenly thought I was checked in after I drove in and told the lady that I had an appointment at 1030. She said OK and directed me to the waiting room. I got a cup of coffee and took a seat. I kept checking your app showing the progress made on my vehicle. Nothing done the 3 times I checked. Finally at 1130 I checked at the desk and was told I'm not even checked in. I was supposed to check in once I entered the building. No one told me this. I was told that they would put my car on fast track. It still took 45 minutes to remove and replace the battery. Needless to say I'm not impressed with the service I received. I will be going back to the Nampa dealership where I was getting great service. I came to your dealership because I recently moved to Meridian and you are closer than Nampa.
