The staff member who help me was very nice. I spoke with him about the fact that I had to pick my daughter up from school and he made sure that I was on my way in time to do that. He was very service oriented and great to work with.

I was in and out in 30 minutes with my first maintenance service.

Drop my daughter’s car off because the heater fan wasn’t working. I just waited in the lobby. Where I ate my weight in popcorn. I was kept informed, and was asked to make a few decisions about service, and all went smooth. Although I did tell the person at check-in that we had an extended warranty and when I was presented the bill, I asked if this reflected the warranty adjustment, and it hadn’t been considered. I felt like this was an oversight. Perhaps it was because I wasn’t the owner of the car.
