I live 4 hrs away and Braxton and Eddie took great care of me. Eddie was fantastic!! He made the sale incredibly smooth and efficient. Any questions I had he answered and before I drove away to head home, he made sure my phone was connected and went through a few features. Braxton was amazing and made the paperwork simple and quick. He was very patient in explaining all the payment options and answered all of my questions (I had so many). I will be recommending both these men to everyone who talks about getting a car. I feel strongly that the sales team and finance manager makes the car buying experience. These two men, definitely gave me a wonderful experience.

Great service. I was greeted promptly and directed to the correct person. He told me how long to expect. He was very accurate. The waiting area was comfortable. The team is friendly, efficient, and competent.

As always, from scheduling to finish my service was smooth and easy. Arrived at my appt time and was immediately greeted and counted with a service adviser. Routine service/oil change was quick and was notified of all the finding on the safety inspection. Service adviser was super friendly and knowledgeable.

I was pleasantly greeted by a young lady named Carina. She was smiling and extremely sweet. She was also very proficient and knowledgeable!! I sat inside and received an interactive text (that I had never experienced before) and I liked it. Once I saw something that was being suggested and a picture of it, I had time to call a mechanic friend to verify that I could possibly need this service on my battery. Carina further explained why I would need it and everything just clicked and work was done rapidly. Carina also showed me the finished work to verify it had been done but also for me to see the difference. What a great experience!! She stood out because of her confidence and fabulous customer service 👍🏼🤩
