Particular thanks to KJ for his professionalism. He knows how to read a room. My granddaughter was upset about the amount of work needed on her 2015 Forester especially since I pay for repairs. Kyle was very discreet. I’m happy my granddaughter is driving a safe vehicle and she’s happy it drives so much better.

KJ was able to supply the relevant information to complete the repair that was not completed correctly by the Tucson, AZ dealership. Although it was inconvenient & resulted in consuming 4 hours of my time, the system is now operating properly. The computer system which also effected the radio operation & the use of Sirius XM that we are paying for has not been operational for at least 2 months.
