DJ is a great guy. I felt no pressure during the purchasing process. He's been super helpful answering questions I have regarding my "new to me" car. Everyone was really nice not only to me but to one another. I wish I could have gotten a bit more for my trade in but besides that everything was super smooth and easy:)

Awesome service, came in to get a diagnostic on a electrical/stereo issue, along with key fob issue. What taken care of & was asked questions about issues. This would be a 5 star if the prices for repairs/replacements weren't outrageous. Will return because how courteous the staff was & the technician working on vehicle.

Extremely efficient. David at Express Service came up to my car. He confirmed what would be done and asked if there was anything else he could do. I asked that if the car could be washed. 40 minutes later I was out the door with a shiny, clean car that got the oil changed and passed all other inspections with ease! LHM Subaru is THE BEST!!!

The staff is professional and helpful. I was surprised that the new electronic reminder to change the oil in 6,000 miles was not set. That may need to be on the checklist.
