I came in to get a multi point inspection before taking my Outback on a road trip. The Subaru team was very thorough & efficient & I appreciate their friendly but professional approach. I was kept informed as to the findings & progress being made, how long it might take for service as well as cost. They instill confidence in me the customer. Good going Subaru!

Overall great experience. Matt and the technicians kept me updated and were very transparent about the ongoing work to our car. The cost was painful, but something that had to be completed. I appreciate not being pressured on some of the recommended services that I will end up completing myself.
