Exceeded my expectations in every way. I went early and was able to let them get started earlier than scheduled. Their check was great in the detail and I had them do everything they thought might need replaced or attention. They found a lug nut that was not correct and either the tire company or the other dealership had done that and never brought it to my attention. In the end the bill was discounted 10% and I had not asked or complained. I told them I didn’t need a wash as I have an unlimited car wash program. Service attendant was pleasant and efficient. Couldn’t ask for better service.
