My vehicle was in the service department being diagnosed. The determination had been made that the cost to repair far exceeded the value of the vehicle. The service people were very helpful in connecting me with a wonderful sale rep.- Neil Bryant. Even though it was a very difficult situation for me, as I had no plans or desires to be purchasing a new vehicle, Neil was great and understanding and made the process bearable.

Greeted with an enthusiastic hello and taken politely to the service desk. It was nice being able to talk to the mechanic and not just a service rep.

Neil and GSM creatively made a deal happen when we were about to walk away due to the poor customer service at Larry Miller collision.

You guys were phenomenal in helping me get my explorer repaired, to long of a story to type out, but my vehicle was repaired and the diligence of your team saved me a bunch of money, KJ was amazing, thank you so much
