I brought my car in for a recall which I ended up having to pay the bill due to not being informed till the work was complete that it was a recall not being paid. They gave me options and gave me a discount but manager never came out to talk to me.

William was fantastic about communicating what was going on with my car. He also made sure I got the things I needed from it while it was in the shop. I also really appreciated the rides to and from the dealership and the use of a loaner car while mine was unavailable.
