Matt was very professional and enjoyed talking to him and all the staff. They forgot to balance the tires but Matt was great to try and get it done mid stream any way.

My service experience on my Subaru was excellent. They were very polite, helpful and professional. The person that sold me my car, Peter west, always takes the time to say hello and ask how I am doing. Neil helped me set my mapping up for travel. I love my Subaru and the people at Boise Larry Miller.Added information:Sunday, 7/30/23The service people spilled oil on my vehicle when changing oil. They said they cleaned it up and washed it. And said it was okay. The burning oil smell was intense when I drove home. It smelled strong of burning oil on the engine. The snell was intense when I parked it in garage 7/29/23.I drove car today 7/30/23. Burning oil smell was still very intense. I will return car to service people on Monday 7/31/33 to work on removing smell.

I received a birthday was, vacuum, multi-point inspection for free. So thank you for that. However, it was definitely not vacuumed in the hatchback area. The rest was fairly clean so no biggie. Couldn’t tell if it was or wasn’t. My car is brand new, 3 months old, and It was recommended that I replace a 50-ish dollar filter that I chose not to replace, but that concerns me if this car is going to require that type of money for maintenance.
