There seems to be a lack of experience and professionalism that has apparently arisen perhaps since Covid. I was in a small way, hassled when I told the service check-in guy that I received an emailed discount coupon for an oil change (more communication between pr and service dept, perhaps?); when I went inside to arrange a ride no one would acknowledge me to help me. I was not provided details on what to expect, then too, what was actually looked at with my car, leaving me feeling a bit distrustful. I went to the Parts Dept on the suggestion of one of your salesmen, to adl a particular guy there about the trailer he has and tows with his Subaru. The guy who, after ringing the bell and waiting, came out to respond to the bell, was surly, and the guy I was to talk to was at first surly as well.Your employees are nice people, once you're able to engage them, but the professionalism and caring that I used to experience at your shop seems to be missing now, and it'sso disappointing.
