The service was fine but I had to wait almost an hour after I was told my car was ready. Didn’t love that.

Prompt and professional

We had it towed 170 miles from where we live to Larry Miller Subaru for service. The computer software they use shoes me, so far away, exactly what is wrong with media! Then I could just sign what I wanted done. I could easily contact the Matt who was working with my car if I had questions. I could see the timeline of what was the progress for my car. Just loved how this program worked. The service department desk always friendly and professional! Couldn’t have asked for a better service experience!

Mat heard my tire concern, troubled shoot it, fixed it, and listened to my question on a possible recall ....and when he checked there were none. Extremely please, his smile and voice tone were welcomed as he visited with me.

Fast and efficient - excellent customer service

Waited about an hour for a battery test and to have my battery replaced. The staff seemed pretty bothered by how busy it was so it felt a bit like I was an inconvenience coming in for a service without an appointment but you can’t really plan for battery problems so I was just happy that they were able to find a fix the problem for me

I need service done on my car they got me in quickly, were very nice and had me out the door in a few hours
