Oil change was fine. Requested that the technician not service the air or cabin filter. Not sure if the technician didn’t get the word, but they removed them and then asked if we wanted to replace them.

Greeted quickly, had options explained, then did the requested service with no further pressure.

Trenity was wonderful to deal with she listen to my concerns and follow ups to my questions. I had a great experience with your service department and Matt was wonderful to deal withat check out. You got a good crew in your service bay. their dedication to their job shows in the way they deal with their customers.

William kept us inform about the maintenance done on the car.

The service was prompt and the service personal were pleasant and professional. Your waiting facility is extremely cold and uncomfortable. When the vehicle was purchased I was told it would be washed after servicing, but it did not get a wash.

Oil and filter change.At sign in complained about grinding noise when cold. Sounded like a bearing or tensioner issue. Problem started after previous service (60,000 mile) .
