Service Advisor Matt and Master Tech Mike went above and beyond to take care of a "rattle" on car that nobody could figure out...for about a year! We had many technicians and people look at the issue, including tires, alignment, diagnostics, and trying to find the problem! We are going on a remote road trip and we were worried. They Finally found it TODAY after working more hours than usual and I gave Mike a hug because it has been an issue for many months! It literally brought a tear to my eyes.You have our loyalty as customers and I would give 10 stars to these guys!
