I was expecting to get in and out pretty quickly and when I was told 45-60 minutes I was a bit concerned as I had packed my day full. Carina was able to get me in and out in 45 mins! Exceeded expectations.I see the rest of the survey deals with new car purchase. I did not buy a new car today.

Always a pleasant experience. The waiting area is lovely. There is even a place to take your dogs out - oh, and dogs are allowed, which is a plus :)
