The service was good and handled with polite and professional people. I will say however that the canned statement that we heard others waiting get and which we got, that we needed to change our cabin air filter for a ridiculous prince and the engine air filter, is distasteful upselling. If you had actually looked at our cabin filter, you would see that it is new as you replaced it thirty days ago. At that time you did not check afterwards, and we had to return the next day to have you clean leaves out if it that made it sound like a garbage disposal running that apparently fell into the space during your change. Our engine filter I bought new in your parts department, and changed myself also in the last 30 days. Knowing all this and hearing your service people tell a half dozen people around us the same thing does not lead us to trust your recommendations.
