It was a pretty standard oil change. This survey seems to think I bought a new car? That is not the case.

Liz, as always, does a great job, with a smile. Work was done on time and under the estimate.

Trinity in the service center was great! Labor was staggeringly expensive, but I'm happy overall

The young lady was professional and efficientI understand that the service department pays for a lot of things but the labor prices for fixing certain things are extremely high and again I realize you have a business to run, it nevertheless reminds me to get most of my maintenance done elsewhere.I assume you charge what you want due to the fact there is always customers in need of car service.As I worked in the auto industry in Europe it’s nowhere near as priceySorry but the US reputation of fixing things that don’t really need fixing continues and my countrymen agree in the auto industry too 🤔Will I be back?Yes 😉Elizabeth was excellent nevertheless

All in all it was a good experience. However we were there for 5 hours plus. Way too long to buy a car. I've purchased many cars and never waited that long.

It was very easy picking out which car. Joe our salesman was great! Unfortunately the day we picked up my car I wasn't feeling well. Joe told us to schedule an appointment to come back and go over the car! Few things we need to learn. I already love my new car!!
