I came in for a car check before going out of town for the weekend to put flowers on my husband’s grave who passed this year. It turned out to be a 30,00 mile check. William was so nice to me. He explained everything to me. I felt like he treated me as he would if he knew me well—maybe even as kind as he would be to his mother! He was so respectful and thorough. I appreciated him very much.
