Logan was very friendly and helpful. I was in from McCall for a routine oil change, but he showed me my cabin air filter which was dirty and needed to be replaced. I always am treated really well by the staff...Logan continued that!!! Thanks

Finally able to bring in a recording of a crazy rattle/vibration that had been plaguing my 2023 Outback Touring XT for the last 9+ months. Tech was able to find an ascent bracket incorrectly installed at the factory and removed it. Issue appears to be resolved. Fingers crossed.

I came in for an oil change but my breaks were bad and a few other things. I was going to be about 4 hours to finish the service and I asked for a rental car and they were very helpful in getting one! Think it was Kyle and Braxton???? Who helped me They didn’t offer the car, I asked for one, but they jumped on it to help me so I didn’t have to sit there for several hours.
