Easy to pull in and request oil change and checkup. Waiting area is very comfortable and clean. Bathrooms are very well cared for. No regrets purchasing our Subaru here.In part because of our great experience with Steve Pritchett as our sales person.

Went for an oil change. It was done in a timely manner considering the busy time. A work was recommended and the service advisor showed pictures with explanation. Very helpful and even emailed me the detailed work to be done with price. Very convenient. Definitely will be back.

Courteous, personable and professional sales staff.I didn’t appreciate the “financing” meeting to get extra charges on my final figure-I would have preferred just telling me upfront. The guy did a good job Anne sold me extra warranty coverage, but I didn’t like the way it was called “financing. It wasn’t , it was extra sales.

The service adviser was knowledgeable and very helpful.

KJ, the Service Manager, was clear in his explanation of the service and later in explaining what the inspection revealed.
