The videos he sent of the vehicles made me confident in setting up an appointment for the very same day. Upon arrival, Peter truly welcomed us into the Subaru family with his upbeat personality and resounding humor. He worked hard to gain our business and ensure we were happy with the outcome. We enjoyed every moment we were with him!It was a pretty seamless car buying experience. As with any car transaction, the back and forth on a trade-in is always tedious and this was not an exception here. However, I am truly thankful for Peter and Larry H. Good salespeople. Disappointed in the lack of being up front with the extended warranty. I’d asked to see it before I drove down - asked to see it early in the sales experience - waited for hours - then finally given it at the verY end with virtually no time to see/decide. Lame.
