It was nice. Everyone was very helpful. It was just looong!

From the moment I arrived until I picked up my car, I was treated warmly and kept in the loop about findings on my car. I like being able to see the evaluation, recommendations, and being able to approve work via text. Yet, staff are communicative and friendly allowing for the best of both worlds.

It was quick and did what I asked.

I came in with the check engine light on. Matt got it diagnosed quickly, managed to cover part of the repair under warranty, and got me my car back in time for my trip out of town.

I got an oil change and a complimentary free mini detail for my birthday, my oil life was not reset for me, which I thought it would be. The mini detail was soupossed to be a vacuum the interior and a wash. My car was vacuumed but not washed. I love Subaru and I can’t fault them but just wanted my car washed.

The gal who helped me remembered me—or my car at least—and remembered exactly what I wanted. She was very helpful and straight to the point.

The express service is as its name implies and all the employees I encountered were courteous and helpful.

It was prompt and very quick service.
