Came in for regular service and new tires. Wanted to take advantage of the monthly parts special of a free alignment with tire tire purchase, but for some reason that wasn’t available even though it was mid-month. The Service Writer(?) Mat, saved the day. He honored the alignment deal, gave me service recommendations and invoiced me correctly. He got things done and saved my faith in LHM. The normal service was done quickly and the new tires look great. Side note: The dealership price for tires was was $44/tire cheaper than you could get anywhere else. More than happy with that.

My problem was addressed immediately and resolved with no fuss at all. I really appreciated the excellent service and the comfortable waiting area.

My experience was great. Dropped the car off and their shuttle driver gave me a ride home. When they were done with the vehicle,they sent me a text telling me it was done and the shuttle driver came and picked me up at my house and took me back to the dealership and I paid them and drove the vehicle back home. Nothing to it. Thank you Larry Miller and staff.

My husband showed up without an appointment and the entire staff was very kind to us. The salesman was not pushy at all and helped us find our perfect match! The man who was in charge of our loan options didn't push us into any extra packages and was very transparent about our options, and the pros and cons of each option. We loved our experience and will buy from this branch in the future!

I understand the service advisor gets bonus points for finding things wrong to make the bill higher. However, I feel really satisfied with the way Will went over everything with me. Yes, it was a shock because it was so expensive but I feel pretty confident in the work from the Subaru dealership. I mean what else can I do? I completely rely on you
