Drove in, talked to service representative immediately, they took vehicle for oil change, tire rotation, and antibacterial spray. Left to go shopping and was called within the hour that work was completed.

Came in with a nail in a pretty new tire. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes despite the service department being fairly busy looking. I was also treated very well by the staff. Turned a frustrating situation into a pleasant experience.
