I told the service desk clerk that I only had so much money to do the 60000 mile service. I really don't like using credit cards. So she made it happen, even $100 less than what I was expecting. She was cool at telling me it needed a rear brake job, but assuring me at the same time that the car could go a month, or 2000 miles before the 10% was used up, giving me an idea of when I could return for that work to be done. She helped me figure out the hot chocolate machine. She pushed the mechanics along to finish the job in one day so I wouldn't need a loaner car to get me to work in the morning. She said she would mail some coupons to take 15% off the price of the brake Job. I know it was a lot of money today, but you get what you pay for, which to me is more secure than Taking my car to a back yard mechanic that doesn't guarantee his work. All in all awesome visit.....Thank you for your concern.

I went there and they said it might take a day or so to get it in, but they had it looked and fixed in few hours.

The waiting area is great and very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly too. They squeezed me in and finished same day
