Customer service is top notch!! Fast turnaround on short notice. Best customer service EVER by William Roberts. I was driving through Boise and all of a sudden my dashboard lit up with all sorts of lights. I called and they got me right in. Within thirty minutes I had a very thorough diagnosis and was even offered a loaner car as it would take a nicer night to solve the transmission. William was fast with info, patient and explained everything to me so could I could understand it. Knowledgeable. Efficient. Top notch! He’s truly a gem of a person to have in your team there. I truly have not had service like this before!! I’d like to rate him more than 5 stars!!
