We had an issue with our 2015 Subaru outback. We originally talked to Kyle Jones in service before we showed up. The kind of professionalism he showed us was like nothing I’ve ever seen in my 48 year life dealing with dealerships from Mitsubishi, Nissan, Mazda, Yamaha, and Kawasaki. From Arizona to Idaho. Our situation was going to put us with only having one vehicle for my wife and I and he quickly stepped up to the plate and give us a very nice loaner car for a few days. In fact, the loaner car was so much nicer than anything we’ve ever had and want to come back and purchase that same make and model vehicle in a few weeks from them.
