Visiting from Seattle and the touch screen malfunctioned on the road. Thought it might need an update. Stopped in to see it could be updated before I headed back. Kyle in the service department was able to fit me right in. The technician determined the electronics needed a total replacement. Kyle clearly explained my options and I decided to wait until I returned home as the needed replacement had to be ordered and I needed to return to Seattle. I give Kyle 6 Stars for the great service!!!
