She was helpful and responsive- listening to my requests for things to check that I was concerned about. Those concerns were checked and addressed as warranted. Trenity had all the paperwork prepared and waiting when I came to pick up my vehicle. She is very detail oriented; she listens to understand and takes the time to explain and answer questions. I am very please with how I was treated.
