timely and efficient

I came in to have my car serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. The estimated wait time was one hour but I think it was done in just a half hour. I like how very clean my vehicle was afterwards!

Outstanding customer service! This dealership is the best one I have ever encountered. Very well run and managed. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful and looked interested in me as a valued customer. I purchased a new Ascent about four years ago and it has been an excellent experience from day one. I appreciate the great team spirit by all associates and the culture of this dealership is clearly driven from the top down. Had a pretty average experience at LHM Subaru - and by average, I mean that every time I visit, I get excellent service, enjoy the wide variety of refreshments and amenities in your waiting area, and love chatting with your amazing staff and service advisors (especially Mat). From the time I arrive to the time I drive off, the team keeps me posted on the status of my vehicle and is helpful when it comes to making sure I'm safe and prepared for the road (and adventures) ahead. If I could give you all 6 stars, I would.
