I’ll be completely honest. I was very nervous showing up for my appointment as it was my first time buying a car! Immediately I was made to feel very welcome. Tim was incredibly helpful, respectful, and honored my spec requests to the best of his ability. He was very patient when I needed to make a call to set up my insurance and run out towards the end of our meeting for another appointment. (I lost track of time, I was having so much fun swapping stories with everyone.) Dustin was an absolute pleasure to work with on the finance side of things. He made every bit of information crystal clear and it was a joy meeting such a friendly fellow. Lance, who I was supposed to have an appointment with originally, was busy with another client upon my arrival. Even still he made several appearances over the course of my working with Tim which added heaps to the overall experience. I have heard horror stories about car dealerships and was so pleasantly surprised by the level of authenticity I was met with every step of the way. I guess that’s what you get when you meet folks truly passionate about what they do with a willingness to set you up for success. From start to finish, I was taken care of masterfully. Could not speak more highly of my experience. I am very grateful and couldn’t be happier with my new Subaru Crosstrek. If I could give these folks 10 stars I would!
