Process could be more efficient, it took way too long. It wasn't the salesman's fault.

Service leading up to vehicle delivery was great. Eddie was friendly and easy to reach. Receiving the car was smooth as well. However once transferred to the finance department, the associate was extremely forward. His overall energy and way he talked about money was showboaty and uncomfortable. Made assumptions about financial status based on my address. Was not impressed with finance department representative at all.

I came late in the day for n oil change. I did I also had a weird sound. Was told there wasn’t enough time, but. Ring it. Y tomorrow and they will get me in right away. Got the oil changed, in and out in 35 minutes. It always so easy!
