The staff were friendly and efficient. They could not find the source of the windshield leak, so I am to monitor it and return if it happens again.

Same day service was great. Staff was patient with our decision making in regards to repairs.

Service was done within an hour. When checking the lights, 2 in front were replaced. When I returned home I realized that a backup light on the driver’s side was not working. Don’t know if this happened after the service appointment or it was missed at service time. Since I live in McCall, I couldn’t just come back in & have it replaced, so I did it myself.

We needed an oil change after being on a 5,000 mile road trip. We had a 60,000 mile check previous to that trip. On our trip I had experienced a hard drive at night in the rain where I had a really hard time seeing and told my husband I wondered if it was the windshield wipers. I forgot to mention that but your technicians noticed and told me they thought I had at least one bad one. I asked them to replace both of them. I appreciated the fact that they checked them out and let me know as it jogged my memory.
