It was way faster than expected for an oil change. Probably the fastest one you guys have done. Not only that they also cleaned my mats in my car and gave the car a wash, free of charge! The person helping me, I believe her name was Karina(not sure how it’s spelt), was super friendly and courteous. I’ve seen her a few times and she’s always great.

Great experience as always. Have been Subaru owner past 2 years and service is always great at Larry Miller. However, multi point inspection reports used to be printed in color and are now in B&W and hard to read.

Everything was smooth except everything was done automatically. No one discussed what was to be done to my car before or after the service. I only received a text while I was waiting instead of being able to discuss anything with an actual person. It was fine but it’s a shame there’s no personal touch any longer.
