Hit or miss experience during peak hours. For example, brought my Crosstrek in earlier, customer service was lacking; no text message or anything. Brought my Ascent in this afternoon, experience is what I’ve come to expect. Warm welcome, text message concerning vehicle status, etc. wish that service was more consistent. Really that’s the only complaint. Love my Subaru’s and the people at Larry Miller.

So accomodating and bend-over-backwards helpful!
