I appreciate the use of loaner car for the several hours service was done. I do however think your $172 for 4 spark plugs is crazy high.

Drove in for service. The service was fast! The assessment of the car was good. This is the second time I have had to ask if the tires were rotated. It is part of my service. I got a bit of an ‘of course’ answer but I really have no confidence that the tires were actually rotated either time.
