Very good response time

I was very crabby today and then having the air bag warning come on was not a pleasant thing for my morning. I went in and Kyle was helpful and nice. He got my car right in even though I didn't have an appointment. He also didn't freak out at me when I interrupted him about the issue he was trying to explain. I was a mean lady today and I'm sorry! Thank you Kyle for putting up with my poor attitude. I apologize.
